StarBridge Capital Ltd. (“StarBridge”), which was founded in 2012 in Toronto, focuses on raising capital for specialized global alternative asset managers from our Canadian investor network. We seek to build long-term, mutually-beneficial relationships between global fund managers and Canadian investors and in turn, we deepen our partnerships with both. Today, we are one of Canada’s leading placement agents, and we act as a bridge between global specialized alternative asset managers and Canadian investors.

 

StarBridge Capital provides two primary services:

 

• Fund Placement Services: We work with global alternative asset managers, who execute specialized strategies, and who seek to diversify their limited partner base in Canada.  

 

• Transaction Advisory Services: We create proprietary investment opportunities and match talented management teams of growing companies with the ideal Canadian financial and/or strategic partner(s).
